*पापं कर्तुम् ऋणं कर्तुं मन्यन्ते मानवाः सुखम्।*

*परिणामोऽतिगहनो महतामपि नाशकृत्।।*

पाप करने एवं ऋण लेने में मनुष्य सुख का अनुभव करता है, परन्तु उसका परिणाम इतना गहन होता है कि इससे बड़ों-बड़ों का नाश हो जाता है।
